“Rich in fibre with cleansing properties”
With great taste and flavour characteristics, the fennel is typically cultivated in Sardinia in the clayey loamy soil of ìCampidano di Oristanoî. In fact, the special characteristics and exposure of these soils, the local ecotypes selected over the years and the correct cultivation techniques used are fundamental to guaranteeing the achievement of high quality standards in the cultivation of the fennel. The whole production is obtained using integrated cultivation techniques. Also, we guarantee the traceability of each single product lot throughout all phases of the supply chain.
