The carrots of the Orto di Eleonora are grown in the deep rich soils of Terralbese in Sardinia, an area traditionally suited to this crop. The advantage of being able to use two different types of soil allows to obtain a product which is always fresh throughout the year. In order to guarantee high quality productions, it is essential to use special cultivars selected over the years be able to to adapt to the specific pedoclimatic conditions of our lands.

Our production of high quality carrots is also due to the high professionalism of our farmers who over the years have been able to develop very effective cultivation techniques. In addition, the GLOBALG.A.P. certification guarantees the adherence to the high quality standard throughout all stages of the carrots production.

Packaging

The carrots of the OP Agricola Campidanese are sold loose (in plastic boxes 30 × 50, SDI, CPR, IFCO and POLYMER) or packed in bags or trays of varying weight based on customer requests.
